**Shift Pattern**:Monday
- Friday 9am-5pm (37.5 hours a week)

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Pulling Health Records from a weeding list provided by the health records supervisor.
- from areas such as Library Areas, Large volume, and Roof Filling area
- Tracking health record notes on the Patient Administration System (PAS)
- Transfer Health record notes between 2 buildings in a Secure Trolley
- Updating patient alert cards on the Patient Administration System (PAS)
- Tracking health record notes on the scanning provider system (Datatron)
- Box up health record notes and secure with a Tampa proof tag ready for collection.

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written
- Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous admin experience
- Previous NHS experience
- NHS System Knowledge
- PAS (desirable)
