Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor

Location: Hybrid working arrangement

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + benefits

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time – Monday to Friday

This role will be a mixture of working on clients' sites and working from home completing management referrals. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking workplace assessments and reporting on potential risks to health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake workplace assessments to identify potential health risks
  • Report on findings and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Work with clients to develop and implement health and safety policies
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on health and wellbeing matters
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to health and wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse with previous experience in Occupational Health
  • Ability to travel to client sites as required
  • Current NMC Registration
