EMEA Payroll Project Manager
Location: Maidenhead
Duration: 12 months
Pay rate: £400 - £500 per day inside IR35
The client is embarking on a payroll transformation of their EMEA Payrolls. (x24 countries, x6500 EEs).
Reporting to the EMEA Payroll Programme Manager, EMEA Payroll Project Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of the new payroll platform in each of the in-scope entities.
You will lead a team of analysts through a transformation journey.
- Work with the vendors to create implementation plans and plan activities in line with the defined roadmap.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders across payroll; HR and Finance.
- Manage project activity and stage gate deliverables in association with the vendor PM.
- Coordination of planned activity from an operational, technical and financial perspective with adherence to required compliance and control measures.
- Create and maintain project governance documentation.
- Facilitate/own project forums, meetings and workshops.
- Effective management of associated risks and issues and dependencies.
- Support project PMO with project budget and financial processes.
- Keep all parties involved with the transition and related projects updated on its progress.
**Experience**:
- At least 5 years' or 2 complete lifecycles experience leading EMEA/Global payroll implementations.
- Good understanding, and practical experience of project management practices and procedures.
