Waiter - The Cadogan

Belmond is seeking a skilled and passionate Waiter to join The Cadogan team.

The Cadogan is a renowned luxury hotel located in the heart of London, offering exceptional service and an unforgettable experience to its guests. With its elegant decor, world-class dining options, and impeccable attention to detail, The Cadogan is synonymous with luxury and sophistication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
- Present menus and take orders from guests.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers or events.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Waiter in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
