**Purpose of Role**

Supporting the Quality function by carrying out transfer of data from record sheets into trackers and general administrative tasks

**Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ)**

- The Quality Administrator is fully responsible for familiarising themselves with the site HSEQ documentation, systems and procedures relevant to their area(s) of responsibility and for ensuring that they are understood and applied to everyone within their respective area(s) of responsibility.
- Shall ensure that only safe working practices are applied by persons within their area(s) of responsibility, with care for the environment and due consideration for quality requirements.
- Shall ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that all persons who come within their area(s) of responsibility receive adequate information, instruction or supervision necessary for them to prevent or avoid risk to their health and safety.
- Shall ensure that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained at all times throughout their area(s) of control.
- Shall ensure that work equipment, premises and protective clothing and equipment provided within area(s) of control are used a required and maintained in an effective state and in good working order and repair.
- Shall ensure that HSEQ problems which cannot be resolved immediately are raised quickly with their line manager

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

**Administration**
- Retrieve information from inspection request forms and transfer to traceability registers
- Compilation and transmittal of documents from server files to Document Controller for inclusion in Manufacturing Record Books
- Support Quality Engineer in the compilation of Requests for Inspection
- Attend meetings and take meeting minutes where required

**Expectations**

- Ensure quality standards are maintained to the highest standard
- To ensure a Quality/ compliance culture is embedded
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent the company in a professional manner to customer’s clients and contractors

**Qualifications and Experience**

Previous role in administration including data input

The above is not an exhaustive list and you may be required to conduct other duties relevant to the role as requested.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hebburn: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
