**THE ROLE**:

- Managing any customer issues
- Process claims and invoices
- General administration queries
- Manage service contracts
- Answer incoming enquiries
- Provide internal support

**THE PERSON**:

- Strong IT knowledge
- Experience using SAP is desirable
- Strong administrator
- Confident communicating with customers at all levels
