**The Job**
- It’s a full-time job, Monday-Friday, finishing at 1pm on Fridays
- Opportunity for flexible hours
- No weekend work
- You’ll be auditing calls conducted by the sales team
- Writing reports and various correspondence between our team and our customers
- Feeding back and training to Sales Advisors
- Liaising with the appropriate team to ensure post-sale documentation is completed correctly and any other duties commensurate with the role as required
- There’s lots of expert training and ongoing career development.
- You’re surrounded by people who have ‘been-there, done-that’ who will help and support you.
- Based from our Manchester offices.
- You should have a keen eye for detail
- Call audit experience from a regulated environment
- It’s a bright and bubbly office; you’ll need to be outgoing to fit in with the team.
- You should be career driven and want to be rewarded for the work that you put in.
- This job will suit graduates looking to take the first steps in their career
