**The job itself**:
I need a Direct Payment Worker who will help me with my emotional support and help to self
- regulate. Support me in understanding why change does happen and we cannot control this.

Encouragement to try different things - even if I’m worried about them.

He has a good sense of humour and is kind. He is good at sport and enjoy most sports and he can play the keyboard and wants to learn this more. Also enjoys watching movies.

I can get uncomfortable in crowded places, noise, people shouting and when things change. I dislike feeling like things are unfair.
