Nursery Support Assistant

1. To work within the policies and procedures set out by the nursery related to Health and Safety, Child Protection and Inclusivity to ensure that the safety and welfare of all children is promoted at all times.

2. To assist with mealtimes by supporting feeding and promoting independence where relevant.

3. Assist with children’s personal routines such as sleep times and play times.

4. Assist with daily routines such as organisation of playroom and dining room.

5. To ensure professionalism and confidentiality
- To attend three in-service days annually to ensure relevant training is up to date.
- The effective management of time to achieve the requirements of the post.
- Follow instructions from senior staff on ensuring Ratios and effective staff deployment is compliant during and after mealtimes

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
