**OVERALL SUMMARY**

The CASS & Regulatory oversight function is responsible for overseeing the operational regulatory reporting that is undertaken by the business including CASS, CSDR, FATCA, MiFID Transaction Reporting and HMRC / (ISA) reporting.

This role is to provide technical CASS expertise and challenge / oversight within our business lines.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensuring that periodic activities are completed within SLA
- Responsible for providing first line challenge to the business
- Identifying improvements within our internal controls environment
- Monitoring incidents ,performing root cause analysis on errors and risk events
- Supporting internal & external audits
- Collating the CMAR return
- Collating CASS Management Information
- Provide cross training, and provide cover for regulatory reporting
- Identifying operational improvements, reducing operation risk and increasing efficiencies
- Supporting internal projects
