Project Admin co-ordinator required to join this busy agent

To keep all invoices (purchase and sales) under control.
Deal with Admin duties.
Provide assistance to other team members as requested by management.

**Duties to include**:
Approve purchase invoices.
Raise sales invoices.
Run and check cost control and close files.
Document control.
General filing
Assist expediting team as and when required.
General Admin duties.

Assist Customs desk as and when required to handle admin.
Prepare tally sheet in Excel
Enter data into the Customs system.
Prepare T1
Assist other team members as and when required.
