- Location: Horsham outskirts (own car/driver essential)

You might be a marketing or PR graduate seeking your next career move, or an experienced detail orientated person looking to step back into the work environment - we’re flexible. But it is essential that you have a diligent approach, positive attitude and bags of common sense.

Office based, this varied and interesting role provides you with the chance to make a positive contribution every day. Primarily focusing on the aviation sector, you’ll be helping to organise activities, co-ordinating projects, managing suppliers, supporting the team and much more.

This role is pivotal to the success of our business, and always interesting. We’re open to flexible hours, but this is not a hybrid position.

**About you**

Your passion for excellent customer service is vital. You’ll have an outgoing and friendly personality but you’ll also know when to act with respect and diplomacy. You’ll be efficient and focused to get jobs done, displaying good judgement, and the ability to be calm under pressure. You will be happy working alone and independently as required, using your own initiative.

This position is ideally suited to someone with experience in marketing, PR and events management either with an agency, or fulfilling a similar in-house role. Or a skilled project manager, used to balancing multiple activities, deadlines and stakeholders.

You need to have excellent written and spoken English.
