Internal Sales Advisor

Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for an Internal Sales Advisor to join our client, an established and successful company, based in Alloa. This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, annual bonus and excellent benefitspackage as well as the chance to work with a business with an enviable reputation in their field.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours each week. The role offers a hybrid working model and an early finish on a Friday.

You will work as part of a busy Internal Sales team where your main duties will include:

- Driving Sales orders to meet scheduled forecasts
- Engaging and actively supporting the Demand Planning team
- Engaging and actively supporting External Sales team to achieve account objectives
- Participating in customer meetings with Account Manager either through teams calls or off site
- Providing customer information from the standard product range
- Assisting in the promotion and generation of business with new and existing customers
- Working with Logistics and Warehousing to ensure customer expectations are delivered
- Providing/updating prices through SAP
- Processing credit, debit and packaging returns notes

The ideal person will have the following skills:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with people at all levels of business
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively whilst delivering accurate work within agreed timescales
- Knowledge of SAP or similar business system would be an advantage but not essential as training would be given
- Experience of Microsoft Packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Supply Chain/Demand Planning experience
