**Job Title: Digital Designer (with Video)**

Team: Marketing

Based: Chipping Campden

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

**Outline**:
Working in the Marketing Department as part of a small team within this design-led company producing graphics for all digital artwork, digital assets including photography and video, print media, packaging and point of sale graphic solutions. There will be opportunities to demonstrate your creative flair as well as your technical ability.

The key objectives will lay in making customer journeys more intuitive, simple and enjoyable leading to a richer and most rewarding experience. You will partner closely with our Creative Manager, looking at every project as an opportunity to bring the brand to life.

**Key responsibilities**:
**Artwork**
- Following brand guidelines, creating layouts and preparing artwork for digital assets
- Help develop packaging and show stand graphics, point of sale, posters, adverts, and informative material: training packs and care instructions.
- Knowledge of preparation of design and artwork files to a digital reprographic standard ready for print.
- Package and dispatch and organisation of files being sent to suppliers.
- Proof checking and approvals prior to print where necessary.
- Producing internal mock-ups of items for pre-production reference.

**Digital Asset Production**
- Involvement in every stage of production and editing of engaging and inspiring photography and video content for use across the RWD and Retail Partner websites, digital marketplaces, social media platforms and events.
- Work with the e-commerce team, creative manager and brand manager to develop visual content to engage with consumers at every point through their path to purchase.

**Point of Sale**
- POS graphics for retail and trade show material. Plan, develop and produce display visuals. Prepare images and graphics for output in required format.

Any additional duties dependent on business needs.

**Competencies/Experience (these are not essentials but good to have)**:

- Balancing creative input through adaptation of brand assets following key visuals and guidelines with layout skills and attention to detail being paramount - they must be able to deliver accurate, high-quality artwork whilst under pressure working to tight deadlines and quick turn arounds.
- Strong working knowledge of Apple Mac using mainly Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) is essential.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional and Microsoft Office with experience in content management systems is desirable
- Experienced in photography and video asset production and editing
- Knowledge of repro processes and artwork requirements
- Meticulous approach - high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in the preparation of graphics
- Appreciation of good design and discipline required to maintain consistency and quality
