**Job Title: Artworker**

Team: Marketing

Based: Chipping Campden (with home working)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

**Outline**:
Developing and optimizing digital assets and graphic artworker for print of packaging, POS and marketing material as part of the marketing team within this design-led established homeware brand based in the Cotswolds.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting graphic designers in development and preparation of print-ready artwork
- Editing/reformatting digital media for all platforms
- Supporting senior designer in organizing and managing files in DAM system

**Artwork**
- Following brand guidelines, working up layouts, developing visuals and producing graphics and preparing packaging and care instructions artwork for print.
- Assist in production of show stand graphics, point of sale, posters, adverts, training packs and adaptation/preparation of digital media content.
- Liaising with creative manager, graphic designer, brand manager, internal teams and external suppliers.

**Digital Asset Management**
- Retouching, optimizing and reformatting image assets including product photography, lifestyle photography and newly generated content for social media.
- Maintaining online image library: Naming, organising and storing images, media files and other marketing collateral for internal and customer use.

**Competencies/Experience (these are not essentials but good to have)**:

- Proficiency at Adobe Creative Suite - essential for graphic and digital media editing.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Office.
- Sound knowledge of repro processes and artwork requirements.
- Experience in content management systems for organising and archiving files.

**Person Specification**:

- Accuracy and attention to detail in the preparation of graphics.
- Appreciation of design values
- Self-discipline required to maintain consistency in file handling.
- An understanding of organising and archiving files for multiple use.
- The ability to work under pressure and excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- Excellent written English
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
