Our creative marketing team are looking for a Graphic Designer to join them at our Sunderland HQ. This is an exciting time to be part of a team that is involved in producing outstanding content for major campaigns like I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here as well as producing both acquisition and retention content for the UK, Denmark, and Sweden.

As the design lead for multiple projects, your core responsibilities will revolve around ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration across teams. It's crucial to align your efforts with the wider marketing timeframes and adhere to agreed SLAs. Your main KPIs will be based on maintaining consistent branding and messaging across all platforms and channels. By achieving this, you will contribute to increased brand awareness for the tombola brand and enhance conversions during acquisition funnels, ultimately boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Additionally, you will be tasked with leveraging NPS (Net Promoter Score) and market research insights to gain valuable customer feedback and understanding. Your goal is to improve key metrics such as NDP (New Depositing Player) conversion rates and enhance the CRM journey for a more personalized and engaging experience for customers. By meeting these KPIs, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of the tombola brand.

You must be adept at creating captivating GIFs and have experience in building video reels, displaying your versatility in both static and dynamic visual content. Additionally, your proficiency in video editing will be an asset in enhancing the quality of multimedia materials. As for personal qualities, you should possess an exceptional eye for detail, ensuring consistent branding and high-quality creative output. Your collaborative and practical approach to creation and timeline management will be crucial in handling complex marketing campaigns effectively. Being organized and experienced in managing multiple objectives will contribute to your success in delivering results. Moreover, your confidence in challenging and improving existing ways of thinking and working will foster innovation and growth within the team.
