Finance/accounts Assistant

We currently have a vacancy for the position of a Finance/Accounts assistant.

Precious experience within credit control is desirable but not essential.

Ideally you will have the skills to spot where improvements can be made in the current processes and implement them.
This is a friendly working environment in a small team with a role that you can make your own
The role is heavily focused on Credit Control but also includes other duties.

**Duties include**:
Credit Control
Opening customer accounts
Sales Ledger management and reconciliations
Cash/Credit Card Posting
Purchase Ledger
Payment runs
Invoice processing
Payroll (Weekly)
Bank reconciliations
Assisting with month end
+ Ad-hoc duties & project work

Study support is available.
25 days holiday + statutory
Company pension contribution
Salary TBC

**Hours**:

- Mon - Thurs 8.30am until 5pm with a one hour lunch break. Friday 8.00 am until 4.30 pm with a one hour lunch break.

We will be open to discussing alternative working hours
