**Job Summary**

To be a part of the Finance Team at Main Man Head Office in Cradley Heath, this post involves the preparation of accurate figures on behalf of the organisation.

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**

The main duties include (but are not limited to) the following:

- To oversee both sales and purchase ledger to trial balance
- To process cash and bank postings through nominal ledger
- Reviewing branch aged debtors and producing the aged debtors report
- Producing control accounts
- Credit control
- Reconciliation of the bank accounts
- To produce reports for the CFO
- Administration of payroll and pension scheme, including production of P11Ds and HMRC reporting
- Review supplier statements ready for payment
- Keeping the cashbook up to date with supplier payments
- Help produce budgets/forecasts
- Produce schedules for the auditors
- Helping with cost analysis/savings exercises
- Support purchase ledger controller when required
- Assist Chief Financial Officer, as required
- Any other task commensurate with the level of the job, as required by your line manager

**Person Specification**

To be successful in the role, you will have the following attributes:

- Qualified to Accounting Association Technician Level 4, or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Strong numeracy skills
- Accuracy
- High level of attention to detail
- Knowledge of payroll and pension schemes
- Ability to provide excellent customer service

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
