**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Collation and organisation of information from internal and external sources (including the client) such as site data, materials lists, component information, study specifications, packaging & distribution requirements.

2. Writing of specifications including Packaging Designs, Labelling Details, Study Set-ups, Logistics and pro-forma Templates.

3. Documentation - Printing and compilation of documentation. Organisation of study filing. Provision of study documentation to clients, sponsors and other study personnel.

4. Management of translation requirements

5. Co-ordinate planning between Project Management and Supply Chain.

6. Consolidation of individual project plans for site reporting requirements.

7. Coordination and communication of activities at Piramal Healthcare to ensure that services and products are ready for the start of the study or as required by the client.

8. Writing of production documentation using relevant Piramal Healthcare systems

9. Ordering of components through purchasing and tracking of material availability to ensure availability for production scheduling and distribution activities.

10. Management of inventory items, e.g., Bulk drug, packaging materials, patient kits etc. This may include the management of expired materials for destruction or re-labelling

11. Provision of reports and other information to Project Managers and clients as required.

12. Creation of distribution orders for samples, documentation or study drug.

13. Working with Supply Chain Management and Packaging Operations as required to ensure all shipments are delivered on time.

14. Handling of queries from clients and investigator sites are responded to quickly and in accordance with SOP’s.

15. Assistance with departmental training, e.g. new members of staff.

16. Provide input into the writing and review of departmental SOPs.

17. Participation in client meetings, teleconferences, where appropriate.

18.Participation in cross-functional business process improvement activities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in production coordination or a related role
- Strong understanding of product management and development processes
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to gather and analyse project requirements accurately
- Exceptional leadership skills to drive teams towards successful project completion

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
