**POSITION IN ORGANISATION**:Reports to Warehouse Co-ordinator

**1. KEY TASKS**

1.1 To follow the company Health & Safety, & Environmental policies.

1.2 To ensure a high level of quality, efficiency, and consistency for warehouse functions.

1.3 To receive, pick, replenish, and pack Makita products.

1.4 To carry out the replenishment of all picking locations.

**2* **SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES*

2.1 To be responsible for booking in returned items for workshop.

2.2 To pick spare parts for technicians

2.3 To pack completed workshop repairs.

2.4 To put away spare parts in the correct locations.

2.5 To meet department KPI’s

2.6 To assist with annual, stocktake for FSC

2.7 Follow department processes and procedures.

2.8 To assist in performing any additional assignments and duties as required by the needs of the Business as directed by your line manager.

**3* **ACTIVITIES WHERE TIME IS CRITICAL*

**3.1** **Daily**

3.1.1 Spare part replenishment.

3.1.2 Repairs booked-in & shipped

3.1.3 Picking/packing items

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
