**Responsibilities**:

- Manage significant digital marketing budgets across paid search
- Help define strategy within the specified channels and areas of responsibility
- Onboarding and testing of new acquisition channels across mobile and web
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable reporting on performance marketing activities to senior management and other stakeholders
- Contribute into optimisation of conversion funnel to drive better ROI
- Work closely with creative teams with a test and learn approach to help drive creative excellence
- Manage relationships with partners

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in performance digital marketing / user acquisition
- High level of expertise and proficiency in Google Ads (web Search and/or mobile UAC)
- Be highly data driven and be able to work autonomously to high level goals
- In-depth knowledge of attribution models across mobile and web
- Have very strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
