We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programmatic Account Director to join the team of one of the world's finest sports betting and media brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing programmatic campaigns for iOS and Android apps, with a focus on driving installs and user acquisition. They will be responsible for overseeing programmatic campaigns across display, video, and CTV inventory, managing large media budgets, and working closely with demand side/advertising platforms to optimise campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute programmatic strategies to drive installs and user acquisition for iOS and Android apps, contributing to the continuous growth of app advertising within the digital advertising landscape.
  • Oversee the planning, setup, and optimisation of programmatic campaigns across display, video, and CTV inventory.
  • Manage large media budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with demand side/advertising platforms to analyse performance data and optimise campaign performance.
  • Utilise pre-bid and post-bid tools and verification services (e.g., DoubleVerify, IAS, MOAT, Protect360) to ensure brand safety and campaign effectiveness.
  • Take ownership of client relations to nurture and grow accounts, fostering long-term partnerships built on trust, transparency, and exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to ensure campaign objectives are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in programmatic advertising and mobile marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • Years of experience managing programmatic campaigns for mobile apps, preferably in the gaming, e-commerce, or entertainment industries.
  • Strong knowledge of demand side/advertising platforms (DSPs) and ad exchanges.
  • Extensive, proven, and detailed knowledge and experience in programmatic and DSP implementations.
  • Experience managing large media budgets and driving ROI-focused campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using pre-bid and post-bid tools and verification services (e.g. DoubleVerify, IAS, MOAT, Protect360).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on campaign performance data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A passion for mobile apps, digital advertising, and staying ahead of industry trends.
