About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a _Training and_ Compliance Coordinator to join our Healthcare & Education sector. This is a busy role, responsible for making sure our cleaning and catering teams are trained in line with the OCS contractual requirements.
**What you'll be doing**:

- Making sure that our colleagues have the right training in place to do their job roles
- Making sure relevant audit and compliance documents are collected and processed.
- Making sure compliance documents are stored properly.
- Making sure our compliance processes are effective and uphold compliance standards
- Pulling ad hoc data reports
- Making sure new starters complete their probation training on time.
- Helping support training our frontline colleagues by delivering tool box talks
- Making sure that new colleague inductions are completed

**What you'll need**
- Previous experience in a training or admin coordination role
- PC Literate
- Ability to work with excel datasets
