We are looking for someone to oversee the weekend operations of the store, including tipping and loading of lorries, stock control and deboxing activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the Transport Manager to assist with efficient flow of transport for weekend loads
- Overseeing all activities on the weekend shifts to include preparing of loads, putting away of stock and deboxing operations
- To support continuous improvement and maximize efficiency and productivity within the operation
- Advise and motivate team members, and lead by example
- Provide training to new employees

**Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Previous experience working in a similar role and working environment
- Have reach training/licence (as will be required to drop/put stock away as part of role)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to manage the operation whilst being hands on
- The ability to lead by example

**Other Info**:
Saturday and Sunday 7am-3.30pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekends only
