Canterbury, United Kingdom Distinctive Bars Full time

Expected hours: 20 - 25 hours per week.
- Checking payroll information from clock in/out reports for errors, working closely with colleagues and managers to ensure any queries with clock times are resolved.
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Preparing weekly payroll and preparing payroll reports
- Pensions administration, including uploading of contributions to the pension portal and sending communications.
- Assisting Finance Manager with other finance matters when needed.
- Other duties as deemed reasonable

Experience and requirements:

- Experience using Sage payroll
- Knowledge of pension duties
- Confident and proficient in using Microsoft and Excell.
- Accuracy and a good eye for detail
- Ability to work efficiently to meet payroll deadlines
- Must be a strong communicator.
- Willing to contribute ideas to improve processes by utilising technology.
- Discretion & confidentiality
