We have an exciting new opportunity for a Treasury and Funding Administrator to join our busy Finance department here at Zenith.

The role is responsible for ensuring that all vehicle funding documents are completed accurately and within designated timeframes and is part of a busy finance team working in an environment where everyone can contribute to the development of the department.

The role requires excellent customer service skills to support internal and external customers.

**The responsibilities include;**
- Preparing banking documentation for new vehicle funding and ensure funding is received in a timely manner.
- Processing new vehicle invoices and post supplier payments on the purchase ledger.
- Maintenance of customer credit lines with funding banks, monitor credit lines and prepare monthly funding strategy.
- Assisting with queries in relation to the Motor Insurance Database (MID).
- Calculating early termination figures within agreed SLA’s.
- Transferring vehicle data and customer billing data accurately from the ordering system into customer management system.
- Preparing monthly lending rate summary.
- Preparing daily bank reconciliations for white label customers.
- Downloading online bank statements and make occasional one-off payments.
- Supporting other team members by performing ad-hoc work within the finance department at busy times. Eg. Assisting with finance settlements and clearances.
- Proactively reviewing current procedures and implement improvements.
