Job overview

You will coordinate and manage your team, on site, along with the project management team, and the client to ensure that all jobs run smoothly, are completed on time, are to the customer’s satisfaction and within budget.

This diverse role will involve nationwide travel in order to deliver outstanding project delivery.

Key responsibilities
- You must have excellent communication skills, both with colleagues and management, as well as with customers
- You will have a strong understanding and appreciation of the health and safety processes in the workplace
- You will have a strong background in landscaping and/or construction, and be skilled in these principles
- Contribute to the teams output, by utilising your landscaping skills
- It is essential that you enjoy working in all weather
- You will have the flexibility to travel and work away from home, your projects will be across the UK
- You will be a hands-on site manager, who will motivate your team
- You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our bespoke equipment is built to schedule and to a high standard, by managing your team effectively.
