We are looking for a skilled Regional Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Principal People Recruitment. As a key member of our health and safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our clients' employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Auditing locations within the group based around the country.
  • Investigating accidents and incidents, working on solutions to reduce the risk of reoccurrence.
  • Collaborating with site operational teams to implement proactive health and safety strategies.
  • Creating policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Providing professional health and safety technical support and advice to the business.
  • Maintaining and developing health and safety systems and processes to ensure compliance.

The successful candidate will work in a varied operational role covering the UK, with flexible and autonomous travel in a fast-paced environment. We welcome applications from individuals who have:

  • A NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • Experience within an operational health and safety environment (warehousing/logistics preferred).
  • Passion for developing their health and safety career.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a health and safety role previously.

Salary and Benefits

  • £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
  • Funding for training and qualifications to support professional development.
  • Flexibility to work from home when required.
