Events Marketing Coordinator

**Events Marketing Coordinator, Central Bristol**

Resolve Recruitment are proud to be working with a rapidly expanding and reputable technology company offering its clients a broad range of business tools/solutions to improve internal processes including staff management, audits and much more. Due to this expansion, they now seek a number of Events Marketing Coordinators to work from their Bristol offices.

**The role**:

- To expand the events and social media presence and tighten relationships with key suppliers and agencies
- Building and maintaining relationships with entertainment and FM agencies as well as key talent directly
- Attending events to meet with venues/agencies/key talent
- Scheduling ad-hoc jobs and events for clients
- Filling bookings on a daily basis, liaising with agencies and direct providers
- Assisting the Social Media Manager with post engagement through direct relationships
- Working directly with key account managers internally and with clients, to resolve daily queries and coordinate the events schedule

**Skills requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and both verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in building and maintaining positive business relationships
- Demonstrable experience organising, multitasking, managing your own time, and attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- We are also looking for a passionate and creative individual
- Experience in live events from gigs to festivals a bonus (preferred)
- Ideally have own transport (preferred)
- Experience with customer ticketing software (preferred)
- Direct experience in the UK Hospitality sector, in particular with an understanding of the night time economy (preferred)

**Remuneration and hours**:

- Starting salary of £25,000 pa (£12 ph based on 40 hours pw) + overtime
- Events and travel budgets will also be given
- Working 0900 to 1700 Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work
