Andersons provide a professional service at a competitive price within the market and are looking to expand the team at their busy and modern Workshop at their Ellistown sites.

Due to this growth, Anderson Vehicle Specialists & Anderson Commercials Ltd are looking for a talented front desk service administrator who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and has a passion for working with the best. We are looking to recruit someone to operate the light goods vehicle service desk and become the first point of contact for the business.

**The Role**:
Booking in vehicles for MOT, service and repairs and organising the scheduled diary of work (Liaising with the Heavy & light goods Controllers).

Dealing with customer payments for MOTs and producing invoices and related administration checks, including reconciling the MOT report daily.

Booking in all forms of work and following the jobs progress through from start to finish, including ensuring all documentation is completed and uploaded to the system.

Keeping customers updated and updating systems are all key parts of the role.

Managing customer expectations.

Invoicing, filing and any other office related duties.

To flexibly fill in for holidays etc in other roles.

**Key requirements**:
Previous experience working within an office, garage, administration or a customer service-based role would be an advantage.

A high level of professionalism and customer service both in person & over the phone

Competent in Microsoft Office & Excel

Ability and confidence to learn new and bespoke company computer systems and processes.

Proactive within your role and with a helpful attitude

Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail

Able to handle multiple tasks.

Smart appearance - Uniform will be supplied.

**Hours of work**:
Choice of either 07:00 to 16:00 or 08:00 till 17:00 Monday-Friday (9 hours including 30 minutes lunch)

&
Every other Saturday - 07:30 to 13:00

**Competitive Salary**
