**Key Responsibilities**
- Arranging and accompanying viewings and rental assessments
- Lettings administration using CRM, Word, and proprietary software
- Property management including arranging maintenance
- Prospecting & managing leads to grow lettings portfolio
- Maintaining and managing compliance with industry regulations and internal processes
- Other duties requested by manager or directors

- Effective time management and ability to prioritise workload

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
