**UX LEAD / HEAD OF UX | FULLY REMOTE** **-** **£120K DOE**

I've partnered with an enterprising tech company to find their founding UX Designer and take direct **ownership** of their product and brand identity. They have a simple mission - create technology that helps families. Even with recent advances in technology, so many parents are struggle to balance their family, personal & professional lives. **WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Design & create dynamic & meaningful products
- Carry out user research, engaging directly with users to inform design solutions
- Help to further define their brand and establish an effective design system
- Build out & manage your own team (if you want to)

**WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR**
- An experienced UX Designer who's able to carry out the full, end-to-end process
- Experience with mobile apps
- Can effectively engage stakeholders and work in an AGILE environment
- Comfortable working in a start-up and passionate about UX Design
