We are looking for an Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our team.
- _**Your key responsibilities will include**:_
- Answering phone calls, arranging service calls and compiling quotes
- Scheduling appointments
- Responsible for consistent day to day delivery of high-quality customer service through a team of both directly employed engineers and subcontractors
- Act as primary liaison between clients, sub-contractors, engineers and management, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests
- Diary management for engineers
- Maintaining organised records of bookings
- Documenting daily completions
- Invoicing and allocating cash received
- Performing other general office tasks as needed
- _**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:_
- Proven experience working in a customer service role
- Strong organisational skill and attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks accounting software useful
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Desire to learn
- _**Requirements**_

Basic knowledge of plumbing and heating industry - useful but not essential.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Able to build strong client relationships

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
