What does a Licencing Officer - Animal Welfare do at Hillingdon?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and friendly Licensing Team. It will involve playing a key role in delivering our responsibilities and obligations in relation to the area of Animal Health & Animal Licensing.
