**Mortgage Administrator**

Independent Mortgage Solutions are looking for a Mortgage Administrator on a part-time basis to join their small, but established team based in Lymington. The purpose of this role will be to assist the Mortgage Brokers in the administrative tasks surrounding both the submission and progression of mortgage and insurance cases, whilst being a constant point of contact for clients.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Complying with FCA regulations
- General office duties such as answering the telephone, responding to enquiries and greeting clients upon arrival

**Essential requirements**:

- Administrative/office experience, preferably within the mortgage or financial advice industry
- Excellent customer service & telephone manner
- High level of attention to detail
- Great organisation skills and able to work under pressure
- IT literate
- Able to travel to Lymington as this will be a predominantly an office based role

**In return we are offering**:

- A basic salary of £24,000-28,000 depending on experience (pro rata based on hours)
- 28 days annual leave; inclusive of bank holidays, rising by one day per annum for each full years length of service, up to a maximum of five days (pro rata based on hours)

- Parking permit

This is a part-time position which can either be worked over 3 full days per week or 4-5 shorter days depending on preference. If you have a particular request regarding working schedule, please get in touch to discuss as we may be able to accommodate.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
