**Credit Controller / Permanent / Alfreton / £24,000 - £28,000**

**Macildowie** are excited to be working with a market leading organisation based in **Alfreton**, looking to add an experienced **Credit Controller** to their finance function.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to a new challenge where they can really get their sleeves rolled up.

This is a **permanent office-based** opportunity, looking to provide a **brilliant benefits and salary package of £24,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience**.

They have an absolutely lovely office culture, extremely warm and welcoming team.
**Main responsibilities**:

- Credit control, chasing debtors, reporting to the Directors any problem payers.
- Posting receipts on a daily basis
- Liaising with other team members from different departments to reconcile sales discrepancies in a timely manner. Liaising with the Accounts Assistant to reconcile payments on account.
- Reconciling outstanding payments, Liaising with customer services to reconcile and report to the directors KPI's on customers
- Produce KPI's weekly for aged debtors,
- Keeping all stakeholders informed regarding debt status
- Support with the wider finance admin duties

**Experience and skills required**:

- An excellent eye for detail and proficient in Excel
- Great communication skills both written and oral
- Analytical skills
- A 'can do' attitude
