**ROLE**: Client Services Administrator
**REPORTING TO**: Head of Client Services

**ROLE SUMMARY**: We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our growing business development team. Farnell Clarke work with a variety of clients and providing them with outstanding client experience is our number one goal.

The job holder is required to support the overall Client Services team by conducting themselves in a professional manner, always remaining highly proactive with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities without a detrimental impact upon the team. The role would ideally suit someone who has confidence in their own ability, has strong analytical skills and enjoys problem solving.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Business Services & Administration**
- Ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients in line with internal and external SLA’s
- Maintaining systems and online records whilst handling confidential information in compliance with organisational procedures and data protection
- Setup new clients on our various systems
- Reviewing processes and providing suggestions for improvements, sharing administrative best-practice across the organisation
- Processing Money Laundering reviews
- Drafting and sending of letters to other organisations
- Booking new client meetings
- Requesting codes from HMRC
- Liaising with new clients to request information
- Assisting with ad Hoc projects for the business services and marketing teams

- Communicate effectively with others in the team
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet the objectives of the business
- Contribute to team meetings and put forward ideas and feedback to improve ways of working
- Seeks and provides feedback in a timely manner

**Competencies & Behaviours**
- Proficient working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook, with a generally high standard of IT competence
- Good written and telephone and communication skills
- Organised and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under own initiative and follow up on information requests both internal and external
- Promptly and efficiently completes work assignments
- Demonstrates understanding of the general environment in which the Organisation Operates
- Maintains confidentiality regarding sensitive information

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
