Are you studying your AAT and looking for your first role into finance? - Exciting opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a professional organisation based in Norwich for a Finance Assistant. Working as part of a team the Finance Assistant will play a pivotal part in the company accounting process.

Our client is looking for someone who is wanting their first opportunity in finance

Key responsibilities will include:

- Process sales invoice onto accounting system
- Timely preparation & despatch of sales invoices to clients, ensuring where appropriate that costs incurred are being properly re-charged or marked up assisting with the reconciliations and nominal journals
- Regularly review and chase up missing or delayed information which is delaying sales invoices to be raised
- Ensuring all invoicing is carried out to the client’s specific requirements
- Provide client reports, PO info and statements as and when requested

Key Skills:

- Good communication skills
- AAT qualification would be beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail

In return, the client offers a fantastic basic salary between £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience, free parking and a fantastic opportunity to progress in your finance career
