About the Role

Matched with your finance experience, Leaf Care Group Healthcare have an exciting opportunity for someone to help support our already well-established office team and bring further value and skill to our Finance Department. You will be supporting our Head of Finance in the daily running of finance duties plus having input into the financial processes of the business.

The right individual will be joining the business at a pivotal time after a period of significant growth and change. We are looking for someone with working finance administration experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable
- Assist with weekly Payroll Processing
- Liaise with our external Accountants & Payroll Consultants
- Issue sales invoices
- Track and chase outstanding invoices
- Liaise with Senior Management and Head of Finance.
- Cover multiple inboxes
- General finance administration

About you
- finance: 1 year (required) minimum
- Proficient IT skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in SME Finance Team
- Willingness to undertake an AAT Level 3/5 qualification
- Ability to multi-task
- Ideally working experience with Quick books
- VAT
