**Salary**:£20,000 (circa £24k+ after bonuses)
**Hours**:9:00am to 5.30pm 5 days over 6 on a rota basis

In our ongoing investment in our people, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-orientated Retail Sales Adviser with a background ideally in either the healthcare or retail sector to join our expert team of passionate and dedicated colleagues. **About Us**:
Ableworld is the leading Mobility and Stairlift Retailer in the UK, we have reached this position by our core values and ethics being established in the helm of the organisation.
Ableworld was formed in 2000 and has since grown to seventeen of our own stores, based mainly in the North West alongside this we have a strong franchise brand which spreads the breadth of the UK.
**Purpose**:

- You will be working within a small team in a very rewarding retail environment supporting the elderly and disabled. We are dedicated to providing all our customers with quality products and excellent customer experience.
- You will be an exceptional individual who provides advice and assistance to our customers.
- You will be responsible for a variety of duties that pertain to creating an understanding environment for our customers.
- You will be processing stock/deliveries received into the store therefore the ability to lift and handle stock/store fixtures is essential. You will play an important role on the sales floor supporting your team and Store Manager in helping and advising our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service
- Locate products on behalf of customers
- Assist with unloading of deliveries and display of stock
- Operate the till, accept payments by cash, credit and debit card
- Process relevant paperwork
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment in store

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of offering an exceptional customer experience in care or retail environment
- Patient and caring nature
- Professionalism and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a can-do attitude and the enthusiasm to pitch in and help out wherever you are needed.

**A full driving licence is essential for this role** and a DBS disclosure will be required (for which Ableworld will meet the cost).
