Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Adviser to join a key player in the private and affordable housing sector. You will be based in South Quennsferry on a full time, permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to deliver excellent customerservices and to guide the customer through the ‘new homes’ purchasing process. This would suit an existing Sales Adviser or a proactive, process driven person with good communication skills.
The role itself will involve:

- Driving sales by providing a high level of customer engagement with potential and existing clients
- Supporting and guiding customers through each stage
- Liaising with site managers, colleagues and clients to facilitate a successful working environment
- Managing Client Relationships across all levels
- Day to day Management of developments, generating viewings, following up on enquiries and assisting clients on their choices
- Ensuring compliance with all process and procedures. Handling internal databases to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Balancing the sales requirements with good customer service

You will need to have:

- Previous experience with a House Builder
- Computer literate (knowledge of Microsoft Office packages)
- Evidence of working towards and achieving targets
- Excellent presentation skills
- Full UK Drivers License

What will you get in return?
- Hours of work will be traditional Residential Sales hours between Thursday to Monday.
- Attractive basic salary as well as excellent commission opportunity (including finishes)
