**The Role**

As a CRM and Dialler Specialist at Solar Fast, you will be responsible for managing our CRM system and dialler, ensuring they perform at their peak efficiency to optimize customer engagement and overall business productivity.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- CRM Management: Oversee and maintain the CRM platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data. Implement best practices for data entry, management, and reporting to improve overall sales and customer service processes.
- Dialler Configuration and Optimization: Configure and manage the dialler system to maximize agent productivity. Implement call routing strategies, monitor call performance metrics, and optimize dialling lists to achieve high-quality interactions with potential and existing customers.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize customer data from the CRM to generate meaningful insights and recommendations. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance sales strategies, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
- Training and Support: Train sales and customer service teams on CRM and dialler usage, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the tools to achieve their objectives effectively. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users as needed.
- Integration and Automation: Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to integrate CRM with other business systems, allowing for seamless data flow and process automation.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations by implementing necessary safeguards and maintaining data integrity within the CRM and dialler systems.

**The Requirements**
- Proven experience (2+ years) working with CRM systems, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- In-depth knowledge of dialler technology, call centre operations, and call performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Familiarity with customer data management and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to system optimization.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy industries (preferred but not required).
