Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Account Growth Specialist to join our team in Castleford, UK. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products and services.
  3. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to clients to showcase our products and services.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients.
  5. Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role in a sales environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office to manage client data and communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
