**Who you are**

We’re looking for individuals who are keen for a new and exciting challenge in the growing Transfer and Deconstruction organisation. This is part of the wider EDF group of UK companies which span a variety of business activities across new build, operations, supply and decommissioning. We're a small commercial team, rapidly growing, which offers lots of scope for development and career progression.

We’re in the initial stages of setting up the systems and processes for the team and there’s lots to be done. This provides opportunity to help shape the systems and processes right from the start. We're looking for people who are proactive and self-motivated and have good collaboration and relationship management skills and the ability to work well in a team.

You will have good attention to detail and be able to contribute ideas and solutions in a fast-moving environment. Some of the qualities we are looking for include project management skills, business and financial acumen, commercial awareness and the ability to manage a range of stakeholders.

Ideally, you’ll have experience of working in UK regulated, commercial environment and be able to interpret and understand complex commercial contracts and information for discussion/reporting to different audiences across all levels within the business and externally. Exposure to Nuclear Decommissioning or similar complex change projects would be advantageous, however it’s not essential.

There’s no one size fits all for this role. You may have experience in the following areas: commercial & contract management, project management, governance and compliance, risk management. Or you may have different experience that you feel would be relevant for this role. We’re interested in hearing from anyone who thinks this role could be a good fit.

It should be noted that these roles are varied, and the successful individuals will have the ability to influence the approach and the role depending on their knowledge and experience.

It is preferential that you hold a HNC, Degree or equivalent professional qualification.

Interviews will take place the week commencing Monday 7th July 2023
