**Billing Specialist**

Our client is looking for an individual to join their Head Offices, based in Stamford Hill.

You will have the opportunity to join a growing business, with locations in London and Manchester, joining their billings team, where you work as a senior in the team.

**The Role**:

- Ensure a smooth billing process for all customers and connections
- Utilise Billing software to maximise the efficiency of the Billing process
- Report and analyse to ensure accurate Billing
- Support all departments with their billing requirements
- Update and maintain customer information within our databases
- Provide professional customer service for all billing queries
- Escalate queries and concerns when necessary
- Ensure all procedures are compliant
- Complete various ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

**The Individual**:

- Problem solver with critical thinking
- Multitask and prioritise your workload
- Able to work to targets and to deadlines
- Enjoy taking ownership and responsibility
- Previous billings experience
- Experience gained from within the telecoms industry an advantage but not a requirement
