I am searching for a Senior Data Associate to work on behalf of a world leading Fintech organisation who provide payment solutions into some of the world’s biggest brands.

As a Senior Data Associate, your responsibilities include the proficient use of interrogation and analytical tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, or Looker within the Treasury function.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and expand the team to achieve excellence in all predefined objectives.
- Lead initiatives to identify and define the evolving reporting and analytics needs within the Treasury department.
- Ensure full operationalization of reports, including support and incident management, in collaboration with our Data Engineering and Data Ops Teams.
- Extract, cleanse, and analyse data, providing vital insights to team members and senior management.
- Design, implement, and maintain analytical reports and dashboards, shedding light on key business KPIs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills

**Key Skills**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data, Product, or Business Analyst roles, preferably in the Treasury Department in the FinTech, Payments, or Banking sectors.
- Proven leadership skills in a dynamic tech start-up environment.
- Proven Treasury knowledge across prudential and operational domains
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Expertise in visualization tools like Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau
- Demonstrated experience with large, complex data sets in a data-centric environment

Inside IR35 Contract - 3 month extendable contract - Open to discuss rate

Location - North London

Hybrid working - 2/3 days a week in the office
