Sales Negotiator

Looking for a sales negotiator with 6 months + experience to join a fantastic team in central London.

This position is with a very well-respected client of ours who sell prime and super prime houses in central London.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting clients in their search for properties that meet their needs and budget.
- Conducting property viewings and guiding clients through the buying process.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Learning the ins and outs of the local property market and keeping up-to-date with market trends.
- Assisting with negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team targets and company goals.

**What we need in you**:

- Ideally 6 months experience as a Sales Negotiator in London.
- High achiever.
- Engaging personality and well-spoken.
- Motivated and driven.

**Benefits**:

- Base salary of £20,000 OTE £50,000 +
- Uncapped commission structure.
- Guaranteed commission for the first four months.
