**What is the opportunity?**:
This role allows you to lead the delivery of the Collections and Recoveries Transformation Programme, working closely with the project team and partners to progress key results, whilst delivering updates to executive and senior management.

You will become involved in a critical business programme with high visibility, networking and customer impact.

**In this role you will**:

- Providing appropriate progress updates to senior management including UK Board and Group colleagues
- Be the escalation point for workstream leads and manage resources and budget for the programme
- Maintain detailed project plans and monitor the programme plan, tracking delivery and key achievements
- Lead and maintain programme key performance indicators (KPI's) and establish communications, including reporting for senior managers, Steering Committee and other governance as the need arises
- Evaluate the outcomes and benefits of programme, making recommendations for adjustments or scaling

There are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.

***What will make you** **stand** **out?****:
Possessing exceptional analytical skills with an ability to interpret data to inform key decisions, a strong bonus would be in depth knowledge of programme and project management principles.

Ideally you will also have experience in delivering change in retail banking, secured lending and small and medium enterprise businesses, with a key focus on Collections and Recoveries.

UK Operations is responsible for all personal and business customer/account servicing, debt management, customer relationships (vulnerable customers, bereavements and complaints), operational resilience, IT and Information Security and supplier management & governance in support of all solutions/Business Divisions, enabling standardisation and consistent service quality.
