Based in Fareham we are a company distributing, manufacturing and installing roll to roll media products on a national basis and have been for over 40 years. We now wish to expand further the distribution side of our business, which is seeing month on month growth, creating a new office based role to assist the current sales team.

**Role**:
To work within the Sales department receiving telephone and electronic sales orders for the Wholesale department. This work will involve a close working relationship with our customer base to ensure the efficient processing of orders, deliveries and invoicing.

This is a full time position based on a 35 hour working week: 09:00 to 17:00hrs Mon - Thursday (incl. lunch break) and 09:00 to 14:00hrs Friday. 30 days paid holiday (incl. Bank Holidays), paid sick pay, Auto Enrolment pension scheme and on site parking.

What we need to see from you:
Confidence to deal with a range of customers.
Excellent telephone manner.
Time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
Excellent communication skills with written English and maths.
High levels of customer service and attention to detail.
Willingness to question and improve procedures where required.

**Experience**:

- Experience with working in sales or office administration
- Full product training will be given.
- Customer one to one telephone contact.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of SAGE 200 software is desirable

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
