Graduate Trainee

High Wycombe, United Kingdom Centar Surfacing Ltd Full time

**Calling all graduates who don't want to be stuck behind a desk all day**

We are a quality focused asphalt surfacing contractor working across the South and Central UK.

You need to be based within commuting distance of the West and North side of the M25 as we work all over the South East with an office in South Oxfordshire. Because the role involves site visits, a driving licence is essential and a vehicle will be provided. Ideally you will live in Bucks/Berks/Herts/Middlesex or North or West London so that you can easily access your whole working area.

Trainee Supervisors work mostly on-site, managing surfacing gangs, working with clients to understand site restrictions and requirements, placing material orders and completing health and safety paperwork and training. You will also need to be able to understand financial information so that you can work towards putting invoices together and valuing the work you have done.

We can offer on the job training as well as ensuring you have all the appropriate H&S qualifications to keep you safe on site, and develop your management skills with opportunities to attain additional qualifications. We have a great history of nurturing and developing our junior staff, and most of our management team have moved up internally and progressed with us. So if you can show passion and enthusiasm to back up your accuracy and hard work, we will get behind your career and be pleased to keep rewarding your efforts
